Atlas of the valley

The whole game asks one question: can I eat that? Pick your size on the growth bar and the atlas answers for every creature: what your dino can catch now and what it should still run from.

Dinosaur games: why eat and grow is so hard to put down

The best dino games run on one rule from the Jurassic period: the big dinosaur eats the small one. Hungry Raptor polishes that rule. Every bite fills the growth bar, and every new size opens up bigger prey and turns old threats into lunch.

Danger is never far away. The T-rex, allosaurs and carnotaurs punish mistakes, and rolling thorn balls stun you for a moment. That makes Hungry Raptor more than an eating arcade: it’s a small prehistoric hunt where reflexes and route matter.

Whether you want a quick offline dinosaur game for five minutes or a long run all the way to the Tyrant Rex, Hungry Raptor works for both.

Frequently asked questions

Is Hungry Raptor free?

Yes. You can download and finish the game for free. A short ad plays after every third level, and you can choose to watch a video to continue a level with an extra life. An optional one-time “No ads” purchase removes all ads.

Can I play offline?

Yes, Hungry Raptor works offline: on the subway, on a plane, anywhere without Wi-Fi. You only need internet for the optional extra-life video.

How do you play this dinosaur game?

Swipe to run and eat creatures smaller than you: beetles, lizards and small dinosaurs. The growth bar fills up and your dino gets bigger, through 3 sizes. Run from bigger dinosaurs like the T-rex until you outgrow them.

How do I beat a boss?

Bosses can’t be eaten in one bite. Watch for the wind-up, get out of the charge path and bite the boss from behind while it is tired. Each boss has its own health bar, and the last one is the Tyrant Rex.

How do I unlock new dinosaurs and skins?

New dinos unlock with the stars you earn on levels, or with bones. Bones also buy 8 skins and upgrades: Fast Growth, Head Start and Long Chain.

Can I play online in the browser?

Which devices does it run on?

Hungry Raptor is out on Android via Google Play, on phones and tablets. It’s a small download and supports gamepads.
